Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order is expecting delays, we will notify you as soon as possible of the changes. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Fee & Time

Hinersound Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days for the US orders while 10-20 business days for the International orders after checkout (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.). However, The delivery time may be delayed in the event of increased orders or other unresistible factors such as inclement weather, war, strikes, etc. If the unexpecting event occurs, we will notice you at the first time via email.

Please note that we temporarily do not support specifying the delivery date.

*Note: The force majeure clause mainly includes the following situations: 1. Natural disasters, such as typhoons, hail, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, volcanic eruptions, landslides; 2. Government actions, such as expropriation and expropriation; 3. Abnormal social events, such as wars , armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, etc.

Shipping Carrier

For the US orders, Amazon serves as our logistics ally to dispatch Hinersound items. They will select the transporter that they feel is most suitable for our clients.

For the International orders, 4px serves as our logistics ally to dispatch Hinersound items. We will select the transporter that we feel is most suitable for our clients.

Shiping Address

Please ensure that you offer the precise address for shipment. After the order has been fulfilled, it is not feasible to alter the address.

If the order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will take immediate action to rectify the address and resend it to you.

*Note: addresses containing P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO are not acceptable for delivery.

Shipping Information (Track Your Order)

Once the order has been fulfilled, you will receive an order confirmation notification from Hinersound including order details and the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the update.

Please note that if your order has more than one item, it may be shipped out seperately and may not arrive on the same day. It usually takes 3-7 days for you to receive your order in the US while 10-15 business days for the international orders. However, please contact us via email at hello@hinersound.com if you have not received it within this timeframe. We'd be happy to help.

Order Cancellation

You can apply for the order cancellation before it's shipped. A full refund will be received once your order has been successfully canceled. However, if your order is shipped out, it's failed to be cancelled. Please contact us via email hello@hinersound.com for a return and refund once you receive it.
